President Biden Attempts to Rewrite History

In an attempt to rewrite history in a way that appeases his supporters and vilifies opponents President Biden has abolished the 1776 Committee whose goal was to teach a purist view of American History to the children in our educational system.

Dr. Matthew Spalding former Executive Director of the 1776 Commision suggests “The removal of the 1776 report from the White House webpage, Spalding believes, is due to the incompatibility of the founding principles with some of the policies that the new administration is attempting to empower or instill, such as identity politics and critical race theory.”

Could this be Biden’s way to appease and provide compensation for proposing The Violent Crime Control and Law enforcement Act of 1994?

In order to subvert the minds of our youth, the radicals want to write their own version of history in which they did not partake. This is a tactic used effectively by the Communist Party.

This is typical of government propaganda!

Let’s look at one example of this diversion. Students today and many adults believe that the Constitution advocates for the Separation of Church and State.

However this was a phrase that Jefferson used in a letter of reply to the Danbury Baptist who had congratulated him upon his election.

“Thomas Jefferson’s reply on Jan. 1, 1802, to an address from the Danbury (Conn.) Baptist Association, congratulating him upon his election as president, contains a phrase that is as familiar in today’s political and judicial circles as the lyrics of a hit tune: “a wall of separation between church and state.” This phrase has become well known because it is considered to explain (many would say, distort) the “religion clause” of the First Amendment to the Constitution: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion …,” a clause whose meaning has been the subject of passionate dispute for the past 50 years.”

The intent of the Constitution of the United States was that there should never be a government established religion!

Other examples include distorted versions of slavery, the Holocaust and Civil Rights. Some eare spousing that these events didn’t even occur or ignore the fact that all races fought tirelessly to overcome these indignities.

If we are not to repeat the mistakes of the past we must preserve accurate accounts of these events and the positive and negative people involved in them.

There have been abuses to all cultures and races throughout time. Suffering has not been relegated to only one group of people.

Let’s move past our individuals sufferings and move toward unification.

Jesus taught us to love both our neighbors and our enemies as ourselves. Until we can do that that we will never have any measure of peace on Earth.

Cancelling history and the people good and bad and rewriting it to appease others is offensive to all.
